Store Policy

Refunds and Exchanges:
I try my very best to present items to you exactly as they are. However I understand that buying jewelry online is a difficult thing as you cannot touch it or try it on. Colors may also vary slightly from monitor to monitor. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, please feel free to arrange with me to return or exchange it, within 10 days of receipt. Please contact me before returning anything, and upon me receiving the item back in its original, unworn, resellable condition, I will refund your money, minus shipping costs

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
REPAIRS:
I pride myself on creating durable pieces that will withstand the test of time when worn with a normal amount of wear and tear. However, if your jewelry breaks, due to faulty workmanship on my behalf, I would like to repair it for you. I will repair any piece that is up to a year old. (Depending on how it is broken and if you still have all the pieces or not, it may have to be remade slightly different from the original, depending on what materials I have available at the time.) Please contact me should your piece break, and I will arrange to pay for shipment costs.

Some pieces are more fragile than others, and as you will understand, need to be treated with special care. I will repair, for no cost to you, if the piece is clearly broken due to faulty craftsmanship. If it is broken for any other reason, or has clearly been treated too roughly, I am very happy to repair it, but I will ask you to pay for the materials, time and postage.

If, on arrival to you, the piece is damaged due to a fault of mine, I will gladly repair it (and cover shipping costs) or give you a full refund.

I love custom work! Please let me know what you are concocting in your mind and I would love to work with you to make it a reality.

If you have a piece of fabric that you would like a section of turned into a necklace, or any other art form (framed stitch piece) I would love to do it for you!
